Welcome to the
Diamond Lake Yacht Club


The Diamond Lake Yacht Club is situated on beautiful Diamond Lake, a 1000+ acre lake in Cass County in southwestern lower Michigan. The DLYC is dedicated to sailing, youth development, lake preservation, and water safety.  We offer members a beautiful club house, a full social calendar, a pickleball court and still lots of sailing and swimming lessons.  For non-members we offer sailing  and swimming classes on Diamond Lake

Join us this Sunday, May 24th, for a full day of family fun at Diamond Lake Yacht Club!

Start the morning with our Pancake Breakfast & Sailing Open House from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, featuring breakfast, youth sailing, boat demos, and a raffle! 

Then come back at 5:00 PM for the Kid’s Fireside S’mores Party, complete with mocktails for the kids, themed adult cocktails, and a cozy evening by the fire.

Kids and adults are encouraged to come enjoy the lake, the club, and a great day together!

Sailing School Registration Is Open! 


Our Diamond Lake Youth Sailing School is led by a US Sailing Certified leader with a experienced team of sailing instructors. Our sailing courses include several levels for those new to sailing and more experienced youths. Our instruction fleet includes Opti's and 420's. We also offer to members - a KinderSail class for those very young (5-6year old) new sailors and a chance for parents to sail with their youth sailors and instructors in our weekend parent and child classes.
